Old Tint Removal
South Florida Mobile Works provides professional window film removal services.
Removing window tinting requires the use of special techniques, elements, chemicals and tools to soften and remove old film and adhesives.
The difficult thing about removing old window tint is that most film is constructed of several layers. When you try to peel the film off the glass, the top layer will usually pull right off, leaving the other layers in place. These layers will not easily peel off, rather it will stay glued to the glass, flake or tear. South Florida Mobile Works professionals are trained to remove almost any film without any problems.
If you are attempting to remove the old window tint from the back window without any experience, most likely damage to your defroster’s lines will occur. When this happens, the damaged line(s) will cease to work. Also some cars may have the radio antennas mounted together with the defrosters (usually above them)
They are also made of the same type of material and, if damaged, your radio will not perform the same. South Florida Mobile Works trained technicians can remove old tint without causing damages to these devices.
